Josh Quinter is an experienced legal professional who has earned a reputation for being a trusted advisor capable of solving the most complex problems a business can face. He serves as an out-of-house general counsel for his clients, a business advisor, and a leadership consultant. While the largest part of his work is in the construction and real estate industry, he has extensive experience advising and representing clients in many other market segments.

The areas in which he commonly counsels clients include business planning, contract negotiation and project consulting, risk management, dispute resolution and litigation, and leadership and management coaching. Josh has over 25 years of experience representing stakeholders at every level of the construction and real estate industry. He has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on both public and private projects. The range of problems he has handled is vast and includes payment issues, defect and delay claims, and indemnification and insurance issues among others. An experienced litigator, Josh has successfully obtained verdicts and rulings for his clients in cases involving various contract claim types, liens, surety bonds, and personal injury claims resulting from construction site accidents. His extensive experience also includes complex business matters like shareholder disputes, commercial contract claims, insurance coverage and bad faith issues, labor and employment problems, and various benefit claim matters. While his experience includes mediation, arbitration, and litigation, his work reviewing contracts, developing risk mitigation plans, and performing leadership consulting is considerable and helps clients solve problems before they turn into litigation.

Josh’s client service and professionalism have earned him the distinction of being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, a Lawyer on the Fast Track, and a Rising Star over the years. He is active in several trade and business organizations and is regularly published in national, regional and local publications. He presently sits on the Board of the Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter and is the general counsel for the national organization. He is a previous member of the Board of Directors, as well as a past chair of the Legislative Committee and Management and Education Committee at Associated Builders & Contractors of Eastern Pennsylvania. A former collegiate and professional soccer player, he was a coach and President of the Board of Directors for Dominion Football Club.  He previously served as chairman of the William & Mary Men’s Soccer 12th Man Club and is a current member of the Board of Directors for Penn Rising XI. Josh is active in various political organizations and previously ran for Congress.
